ZXM-50 All-purpose Taper Tension Controller is a high-precision taper controller with intelligent calculation of winding diameter. Its principle is that the controller detects the speed of the traction reference shaft and the coil shaft at the same time, and calculates the winding diameter of the material on the current coil shaft according to the speed difference between the two shafts and the preset traction reference roller diameter, thereby realizing taper tension control. This taper tension controller is not suitable for mechanical transmission structures with large speed fluctuations or intermittent operation.
