Constant Tension Controller

ZXT-D fully digital high-precision automatic constant tension controller is mainly composed of tension detector, high-precision A/D, D/A converter, high-performance single-chip computer, etc. This Constant Tension Controller is based on the tension of the coil measured by the tension detector and compared with the set target tension. The single-chip PID calculation automatically adjusts the D/A output to change the magnetic powder clutch, the excitation current of the brake or the torque of the servo motor to achieve constant tension control of the coil. ZXT-D Series Automatic Constant Tension Controller can be widely used in various occasions that require precise measurement and control of tension, and has flexible use and wide applicability.
