Standard Curing Chamber

Standard Curing Chamber has good temperature uniformity, and the temperature deviation at different positions in the room is small, which ensures the consistency of reaction of each part of the composite film during the curing process. Standard Curing Chamber adopts efficient heating elements and insulation materials to reduce heat loss and energy waste. It has functions such as over-temperature protection, leakage protection, and fan overload protection. When the temperature exceeds the set safety upper limit, leakage occurs, or the fan is overloaded, the equipment will automatically cut off the power supply and send out an alarm signal to remind the operator to deal with it in time. At the same time, the reasonable ventilation design and control system of the standard composite curing chamber enable the equipment to reduce energy consumption as much as possible and improve energy utilization efficiency while meeting the requirements of the curing process.

● Box support steel: 50*50 and 50*100 galvanized pipes welded together, with an interval of 960mm, standard full disassembly mode.
● Box insulation material: 50mm rock wool color steel sandwich panel.
