Standard Curing Chamber

Standard Curing Chamber delivers excellent temperature uniformity with minimal deviation (±2°C) across different chamber positions, featuring adjustable operating temperatures of 40-80°C to ensure consistent reaction throughout laminating films during curing. Equipped with high-efficiency heating elements and insulation materials, it minimizes heat loss and energy waste. Safety functions include over-temperature protection, timed shutdown, timed exhaust, leakage protection, and fan overload protection. Standard Curing Chamber automatically cuts off power and triggers alarms when the temperature exceeds the safety threshold, electrical leakage occurs, or fan overload is detected. Its optimized ventilation design and control system reduce energy consumption while meeting the requirements of the curing process.

● Box support steel: 50*50 and 50*100 galvanized pipes welded together, with an interval of 960mm, standard full disassembly mode.
● Box insulation material: 50mm rock wool color steel sandwich panel.
● Number of layers: two layers, C-type track, the lowest film roll center is 550mm away from the ground. Track interval is 650mm.
● Use temperature: 40-80℃ adjustable, temperature error ±2℃.
● Maximum film roll: ￠600mm, weight 200kg, width 1200mm.
● Total power: 19KW (380V, three-phase five-wire, using national standard cable: 3*10+2*4, must be reliably grounded).

Standard Curing Chamber is suitable for various types of plastic composite films, including composite films made of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), etc., as well as laminatiing film products of different thicknesses and widths. It can be widely used in industries such as flexible packaging material factories, packaging printing factories, and plastic color printing factories.

To ensure sustained efficiency and product quality, Kechuang Electromechanical recommends the following maintenance practices to extend equipment lifespan and optimize curing performance:

1. Cleaning & Sanitization: Regularly clean the chamber to prevent contamination.

2. Environmental Control: Temperature adjustment and air circulation.

3. Equipment Inspection: Periodically check thermostats, heating elements, and other components to ensure the good running.

4. Waste Management: Promptly remove waste materials (avoid storage >24 hours).
