Standard Curing Chamber is professional equipment used for curing plastic composite films. Curing is the process of placing the laminating film in a curing chamber (drying room) to allow the main agent and curing agent of the polyurethane adhesive to react, cross-link, and interact with the surface of the composite substrate.
Standard Curing Chamber delivers excellent temperature uniformity with minimal deviation (±2°C) across different chamber positions, featuring adjustable operating temperatures of 40-80°C to ensure consistent reaction throughout laminating films during curing. Equipped with high-efficiency heating elements and insulation materials, it minimizes heat loss and energy waste. Safety functions include over-temperature protection, timed shutdown, timed exhaust, leakage protection, and fan overload protection. Standard Curing Chamber automatically cuts off power and triggers alarms when the temperature exceeds the safety threshold, electrical leakage occurs, or fan overload is detected. Its optimized ventilation design and control system reduce energy consumption while meeting the requirements of the curing process.
