The torque control range of Kechuang's Magnetic Powder Brake is wide and the control accuracy is high. The output torque is linearly related to the excitation current, which can achieve high-precision torque control. When the excitation current remains unchanged, the torque transmission is stable and is not affected by slip (speed difference). The static and rotating torques are consistent, which is suitable for occasions requiring constant tension. The FZ-K magnetic powder brake has very little impact when connected or braked, and can achieve smooth start and stop without impact, and the resistance torque is very small, which will not cause unnecessary heat. It uses heat-resistant, wear-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and corrosion-resistant superalloy magnetic powder, with excellent heat dissipation performance, suitable for continuous sliding operation, and long service life. It has a fast response speed and is suitable for high-frequency start-stop or reversing occasions.
