Single Diaphragm Pump

The pump body is made of aluminum alloy, which is light and corrosion-resistant. The BML-5 Single Diaphragm Pump is equipped with Teflon (corrosion-resistant diaphragm), which can resist the erosion of corrosive media such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents, and achieves liquid suction and discharge through the extrusion of the diaphragm pump. Since the single diaphragm is driven by compressed air, the equipment itself has explosion-proof characteristics and is suitable for use in flammable and explosive environments.

BML-5 Single Diaphragm Pump is mainly used in the ink lifting circulation system of gravure printing machines, flexographic printing machines and other equipment to ensure that the ink remains in a flowing state in the pipeline and ink supply system to avoid precipitation and blockage.

Drive Unit
The driving device of the Single Diaphragm Pump uses compressed air or mechanical force to push the diaphragm back and forth. It does not require power during operation and is suitable for explosion-proof and flammable environments.
Compressed Air Chamber
Provides power. Compressed air enters this chamber, pushing the diaphragm to move, thereby drawing in and out liquid.
Diaphragm
The diaphragm, made of Teflon material, is reliably resistant to long-term corrosion from strong acids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and nitric acid; strong bases such as sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide; and common organic solvents such as ethanol, acetone, and toluene. This prevents diaphragm cracking, swelling, and aging due to corrosion, significantly extending the life of the equipment.
Auxiliary Structure
This includes seals, valves, and other auxiliary structures to ensure the pump's tightness and prevent leakage.
