Fully Automatic Curing Chamber

Fully Automatic Curing Chamber can be customized as a heavy-duty fixed type. The box is made of rock wool board with a high fireproof grade and galvanized pipe with a high rustproof grade. High-end PLC + touch screen control, intelligent temperature control, visual real-time monitoring of the aging time and aging temperature of each material film. When the aging time is reached, it will automatically alarm and open the door, and automatically move the material from the aging chamber to the cooling rack for cooling. Fully Automatic Curing Chamber can also display the number and status of film roll aging and cooling, and can exchange data with the MES system. The full communication mode can realize multiple centralized control and remote control, and has a complete safety protection and alarm system to realize smart factories and unmanned factories.
