Cabinet Support Steel: 50*50 and 50*100 galvanized pipes welded together, with 480mm spacing, featuring ERP heavy-duty semi-disassembly mode.
Cabinet Insulation: 50mm rock wool color-coated steel sandwich panels.
Electrical Controls: Schneider low-voltage electrical appliances with over-temperature protection, timed shutdown, timed exhaust, phase loss protection, and overload protection. ERP system: Delta PLC, sensors, Mean Well switching power supply, Delta touch screen.
Circulating air system: One 550W centrifugal fan with downward exhaust, upward exhaust, and return air. The heating system is located on the top of the cabinet.
Exhaust system: One 180W exhaust fan with two timers (configurable: exhaust time and stop time).
Heating: One electric heating system, multi-tube mode (12 lines total), 9kW + 9kW = 18kW, with high and low temperature options.
Material loading and unloading: Front-to-back loading, easy to open and close. Door frame: Galvanized sheet 2.0. Color-coated steel sandwich panel door.
Supplied accessories: 1. 20 feeding rollers (2-inch galvanized pipe, four 6305 bearings per roller).
Number of layers: Two layers, C-shaped heavy-duty tracks, with the lowest film roll center 650mm above the ground. Track spacing is 850mm. Operating Temperature: Adjustable from 40°C to 80°C, with a ±2°C tolerance.

Maximum film roll capacity: Ø800mm, weighing 400kg, and 1180mm wide.

Specifications: External dimensions: 5890mm long, 1500mm wide, and 2500mm high; indoor dimensions: 5700mm long, 1180mm wide, and 2200mm high. (Custom dimensions available upon request.)
Total Power: 19kW (380V, three-phase, five-wire, using national standard cable: 3x10mm + 2x4mm; must be reliably grounded).
