The Heavy-Duty Constant Temperature Curing Chamber adopts a circulating air system with air out from the bottom, air return from the top, and recirculated airflow, enabling precise control and uniform temperature distribution throughout the curing chamber with fast response. The three-dimensional hot-air penetration circulation structure breaks through the barrier of material stacking, allowing hot air to penetrate and circulate through all areas without dead corners, ensuring that every roll – whether on the inner, middle, or outer layer – receives exactly the same heating temperature. This promotes full and uniform cross-linking and curing of the polyurethane adhesive and various composite adhesive layers on the material surface, effectively guaranteeing curing accuracy and ripening effect for every batch. It eliminates the common drawbacks of traditional curing equipment, such as large temperature differences and frequent temperature fluctuations, and effectively resolves product quality defects caused by unstable temperatures, including uneven curing, loose and insufficient adhesion, residual surface bubbles, and inadequate ripening. This significantly improves the overall quality and batch-to-batch consistency of finished products, while reducing the defect rate.

The chamber frame is integrally welded from 50×50mm and 50×100mm national-standard thickened galvanized steel pipes, combined with precision welding techniques and reinforcement treatments. The overall structure has high strength, great rigidity, and strong load-bearing stability. It can sustain large-diameter, heavy materials over the long term without deformation or loosening under full-load conditions, effectively avoiding structural deformation and equipment shaking caused by the pressure of heavy materials.

The core insulation material is high-quality 50mm rock wool color steel sandwich panels, with uniform density and outstanding thermal insulation performance.
