Kechuang's GK-42 Photoelectric Correction Controller is a high-precision automatic web guiding device designed for coil material processing production lines. The installation and commissioning process is simple and convenient, with excellent versatility and adaptability, enabling rapid integration with various automated coil material production lines such as printing, laminating, slitting, and bag-making. The equipment monitors the running status of coil materials in real time, promptly correcting material deviation issues to ensure smooth material transport, effectively reducing material waste, and improving finished product quality.
The GK-42 Photoelectric Correction Controller has a compact size and convenient installation. It provides correction control for various web materials including paper, plastic film, non-woven fabric, woven fabric, and metal foil. Based on the different printed patterns of the correction material, users can select between edge detection and line detection modes, with flexible configuration for single or dual photoelectric eye detection. The controller is equipped with a permanent magnet low-speed synchronous motor as the actuator. Depending on user requirements, either ball screws or standard screws can be selected to establish a precise proportional relationship between the correction drive stroke and the coil deviation.
