The Reinforced Frame Heavy-Duty Composite Curing Oven with C-Channel Rail System is a further upgrade from Kechuang’s standard composite curing room. It is specifically designed for the large roll diameter and heavy-load requirements of solventless laminators. Launched in 2014, it is suitable for medium-sized enterprises and is currently the most widely used curing chamber on the market.
This Reinforced Frame Heavy-Duty Composite Curing Oven with C-Channel Rail System features a shelf with ultra-strong load-bearing capacity. The main frame is made of 50×50mm and 50×100mm hot-dip galvanized square tubes of Q235 carbon structural steel. The overall framework is a load-bearing structure that supports the curing oven body, inner liner, insulation layer, and the entire machine weight. It can stably carry all kinds of heavy materials, maintaining a rigid frame without deflection or deformation. It provides smooth and stable support throughout operation, eliminating safety hazards such as uneven loading or collapse, and fully meets the curing and storage needs of heavy materials.
The overall frame of the Curing Oven is welded using the CO₂ gas-shielded welding process, featuring precise cutting, tooling assembly, tack positioning, full-angle fillet welding, post-weld shaping and grinding, and special cold-galvanized anti-corrosion repair for the damaged zinc coating at welds. The structure has high rigidity, stable load-bearing capacity, and long-lasting durability, effectively resisting deformation from long-term use while providing excellent rust and corrosion resistance. It is well-suited to the high-temperature and high-humidity working environment of curing chambers, offering a long service life and low maintenance costs.
