Kechuang from Xiamen, China has been deeply engaged in the curing equipment field for years and is a professional manufacturer of composite curing chambers. Leveraging extensive industry experience and solid technical expertise, we have developed the Electric Translational Curing Chamber, which enables film roll materials to move smoothly from the inlet to the outlet. This not only saves time but also reduces labor costs. With excellent quality and thoughtful customization services, we have gained recognition and trust from numerous customers in the industry.
The Electric Translational Curing Chamber is an intelligent industrial device designed for composite film curing and ripening. It adopts an electric reducer with a chain translational drive mechanism, replacing traditional manual handling and static processing modes, and enabling automated material flow. The electric reducer provides stable power output, paired with a precision chain transmission system, ensuring smooth operation and sufficient traction. It accurately moves materials from the inlet to the outlet at a constant speed without jamming or deviation, effectively avoiding uneven curing or material loss caused by displacement.
This curing chamber features a high degree of automation, requiring no manual intervention during material transfer, significantly reducing labor costs and physical workload, while greatly improving curing efficiency. The overall structure is robust and durable, with stable transmission components, low failure rates, and long service life. It is suitable for the curing of various materials such as composites and films. The Electric Translational Curing Chamber is equipped with multiple safety protections, including over-temperature protection, over-current protection, leakage protection, phase-loss protection, over-voltage protection, and anti-drop protection, ensuring peace of mind for customers.

How to Clean the Chains of the Electric Translational Curing Chamber
Safety Precautions:
1.Stop the machine, cut off the main power supply, post a warning sign, and strictly prohibit cleaning while live!
2.The chains in the curing chamber operate in a high-temperature environment for extended periods, which tends to accumulate dust, material residues, and carbonized oil sludge. Do not rinse directly with water!
I. Light Contamination (Simple cleaning per shift as routine)
1. Applicable to: floating dust, small amounts of material debris
2. Use a stiff brush (use with caution – a nylon brush is recommended for light dust to avoid scratching the chain) to sweep away surface debris.
3.Blow out dust from the chain hinge gaps using compressed air.
After cleaning, run the chain unloaded for a test, check for any remaining debris, then apply high-temperature chain oil.
II. Moderate Oil Sludge and Carbon Deposits (Weekly scheduled cleaning)
Applicable to: hardened oil stains and carbon buildup in chain gaps
1.First, use a brush to remove large debris.
2.Apply a chain-specific cleaning agent (high-temperature resistant type) sparingly and evenly onto the chain.
3.Let it sit for 3-5 minutes to soften carbon deposits, then repeatedly brush the chain links and pin gaps.
4.Blow away residual cleaning agent with compressed air again.
Wait until the chain is completely dry before lubricating.
