Standard Fixed Curing Chamber

Standard Fixed Curing Chamber is an efficient and energy-saving equipment that provides high-quality curing treatment for composite materials by precisely controlling temperature and time. It can not only improve the flexibility and barrier properties of composite materials and prevent delamination, but also promote ink drying and curing, and improve the color fastness of printed packaging materials.

Reasonable ventilation design and control system enable Standard Fixed Curing Chamber to reduce energy consumption as much as possible and improve energy utilization efficiency while meeting the requirements of the curing process. The box insulation material adopts 50mm rock wool color steel sandwich panel, which has good insulation effect, reduces heat loss and energy waste, and saves energy and electricity. The internal circulation air duct design makes the temperature distribution uniform, adjustable from 40-80℃, and the temperature error is ±2℃ to avoid local overheating or overcooling. The curing chamber is equipped with over-temperature protection, leakage protection, fan overload protection and other devices to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. When the temperature exceeds the set safety upper limit, leakage occurs or the fan is overloaded, the equipment will automatically cut off the power supply and send out an alarm signal to remind the operator to deal with it in time. Standard Fixed Curing machine has simple loading, forward and backward discharge, and convenient opening and closing of the door, which is suitable for production needs of different scales.

Application:

Standard Fixed Curing Chamber is widely used in industries such as flexible packaging material factories, packaging printing factories, and plastic color printing factories.
The main agent and curing agent of the polyurethane adhesive in the composite film are fully reacted and cross-linked by constant temperature, which enhances the bonding strength of the composite material and removes low-boiling point residual solvents (such as ethyl acetate).
