Standard Fixed Curing Chamber
Kechuang Standard Fixed Curing Chamber is an energy-saving composite curing chamber that relies on a precise temperature-time control system to provide a stable curing environment for composite materials. Through the curing process, it effectively improves the flexibility and barrier properties of composite films, preventing product delamination defects. At the same time, it accelerates ink drying and curing, enhances the color fastness of printed packaging materials, and reduces production defects.
With a well-designed ventilation and control system, the Standard Fixed Curing Chamber minimizes energy consumption while meeting curing process requirements, improving energy utilization efficiency. The chamber insulation uses 50mm rock wool color steel sandwich panels, offering excellent thermal insulation, reducing heat loss and energy waste, and saving electricity. The internal circulation air duct design ensures uniform temperature distribution, adjustable from 40-80°C with a tolerance of ±2°C, avoiding localized overheating or overcooling. The curing chamber is equipped with over-temperature protection, leakage protection, and fan overload protection to ensure safe operation. When the temperature exceeds the set upper limit, a leakage occurs, or the fan overloads, the equipment automatically cuts off the power and emits an alarm signal to alert operators for timely intervention. The Standard Fixed Curing Chamber features simple loading, front-in rear-out material flow, and convenient door operation, making it suitable for various production scales.
