Special Curing Chamber

Steam curing chamber is one of the Special Curing Chambers. The box body is made of high-quality rock wool color steel sandwich panels, which can reduce heat loss, reduce energy consumption, and maintain a stable indoor temperature. It is equipped with 2 sets of electric heating and steam heating (heat exchanger, electric proportional valve, special thermostat). With steam as the heat source, the heat energy of the steam is transferred to the curing chamber through the steam pipe and radiator equipment, so that the indoor temperature rises to the set curing temperature. The circulating air system equipped in the Special Curing Chamber promotes indoor air circulation, evenly distributes the temperature, avoids local overheating or overcooling, and can also exhaust the air containing residual solvents to the outside to keep the indoor air fresh.

1. Heating method: 2 sets of electric heating and steam heating (heat exchanger, electric proportional valve, special thermostat).
2. Exhaust system: 2 180W exhaust fans, two sets of time control (arbitrary setting: how long to exhaust, how long to stop).
3. Circulating air system: 2 550W centrifugal fans, bottom air outlet, top exhaust, return air, heating system placed on the top of the box.
4. Operating temperature: 40-80℃ adjustable, temperature error ±2℃.
5. Box support steel: 50*50 and 50*100 galvanized pipes welded together, 480mm interval, heavy-duty semi-disassembled 4-section mode.
6. Box insulation material: 50mm rock wool color steel sandwich panel.
7. Material entry and exit method: Special Curing Chamber forward and backward exit, easy to open and close the door. Door frame: made of galvanized sheet 2.0. Color steel sandwich panel door.
8. Electrical control: Schneider low-voltage electrical appliances, ultra-high temperature protection, timed shutdown, timed exhaust, phase loss protection, overload protection.
9. Random accessories: 1. 54 threading rollers (2-inch galvanized pipes, 4 6305 bearings each) 2. 1 bottle of glass glue.
