Laminating Film Curing Chamber With Electric Transfer System

Based on customer needs, Xiamen Kechuang has developed a Laminating Film Curing Chamber with Electric Transfer System. This core transmission unit upgrades the flexible packaging laminating and curing process from manual transfer to electric transfer. Through precise mechanical design and intelligent control logic, it achieves unmanned transfer of materials from the inlet to the outlet.

The Laminating Film Curing Chamber with Electric Transfer System utilizes an electric reducer and chain as its core drive system, offering significant performance advantages over traditional curing chambers:

1. Stable power output, adaptable to diverse operating conditions: The electric reducer can adjust the output speed via frequency conversion, ensuring smooth, low-speed transfer of lightweight composite film rolls (such as food packaging film) to prevent film material shifting due to inertia. It can also efficiently move heavy materials, allowing for the efficient placement of film rolls up to Ø800mm, weighing 400kg, and 1200mm wide. This eliminates the need for additional lifting equipment, significantly reducing material transfer intervals.

2. Precise chain drive eliminates process variations: High-precision chains are used, coupled with the speed reduction and torque multiplication provided by the gearbox. The material's translational path from the inlet to the outlet is completely fixed, preventing uneven spacing within the curing chamber due to deviations during transport. This is crucial for curing processes that require strict control of the "heating area." This prevents overheating of some materials due to close proximity to the chamber walls, while others receive insufficient heat due to excessive spacing. This ensures consistent curing results across each batch and reduces defective product rates.

3. Continuous, uninterrupted operation overcomes production bottlenecks: Traditional curing chambers use manual loading and unloading, requiring the coordination of two to three workers per operation. Furthermore, the next batch must wait until the previous batch has been completely discharged before loading, creating a 10-15 minute "window." The electric translation system, however, utilizes an electric reducer chain for translation. Once the materials are delivered to the inlet, the "input - curing - discharge" process is seamless.

The Laminating Film Curing Chamber with Electric Transfer System overcomes production capacity limitations through "electric translation," reduces labor and safety costs through "electric operation," and ensures product quality through "process-adaptive design." Ultimately, these systems achieve the triple benefits of "cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement," providing solid support for companies competing in the flexible packaging industry.
